"I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!"
Janice makes things beautiful for a living. She takes powerful ideas and “dresses” them with compelling visuals that stop the scroll, make a connection and spark a reaction. She’s a curious, adaptable, creative being who believes good design can make the world a little better—and a lot more interesting.
Janice enjoys the entire process of visual communication: dreaming up concepts, bringing them to life, collaborating with other passionate people and seeing clients get fired up when she nails their vision. At Estipona Group, she’s found a team as committed to meaningful work as she is.
In addition to many years in design and art direction, Janice has taught graphic design, helping students go from terrified-of-Photoshop to creating “beautiful things.” Her teacher heart is nurtured by mentoring interns and junior designers, sharing ideas with teammates and cheering on creative breakthroughs. She’s a fan of evolution—personal and professional—and has made an ally of AI, giving her more time to focus on creativity.
A lifelong student, Janice earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus on Visual Communications at Weber State University, a Master’s in Media Innovation at the University of Nevada, Reno, and is currently working toward a Master’s in Sociology.
Outside the virtual office, you’ll find her outside—snowboarding, paddleboarding and hiking with her partner, Brook. She's also a third-degree MMA black belt and can start a fire with a shoelace, in case you thought design was her only superpower.
