On Monday evening, the Estipona Group team visited the Ronald McDonald House to cook for families in need as part of the 23 Years 23 Good Deeds campaign. The Ronald McDonald House provides a convenient, welcoming place for families whose children are at the hospital (any local hospital) or children’s facility, if the family lives more than 30 miles away.

Get involved at The Ronald McDonald House

The Ronald McDonald House staff rely on the community to help take care of some of the needs for these families, and they keep an updated wish list on their Facebook page, but some items mentioned during our tour of the facility include outdoor patio furniture, laundry soap, fabric softener and paper towels. They have been doing the Guest Chef program for about twenty years, and while they’re completely booked through March for guest chefs, they mentioned they lighten up considerably toward summer months.
