We're Hiring An Art Director

Estipona Group is looking for a talented and collaborative Art Director to join our team. The right candidate will have a strong design background and a portfolio demonstrating capabilities in brand development, digital and traditional marketing, social media and web design. Our diverse client roster, and your involvement at every stage of creative development — from concept through production — will keep the workdays varied and interesting. Please note that despite being a virtual office, full-time teammates must be based in Reno, Nevada.

Location: Must live in Reno, NV, or within 20-40 miles of it
Job Type: Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm PST
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience Level: 5+ years
Salary: $60,000-$75,000

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative team to conceptualize, develop and execute smart and innovative creative solutions
• Lead and participate in brainstorming, strategy and concept development meetings
• Develop and present creative ideas to internal team and clients
• Be involved at all stages of development, from concept through production
• Work with internal account, social and strategy teams to enhance and elevate the work
• Deliver strategy-aligned campaigns on time and on budget
• Provide mentorship to graphic design interns and support team members
• Adapt to evolving team needs, offering support with production to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Graphic Designer or Art Director in an agency or in-house marketing department
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating aesthetic and practical solutions for a variety of print and digital mediums
• A knack for problem solving and desire for collaboration
• A deep love of visual design, conceptual thinking, and understanding of digital platforms
• Proven ability to pitch and execute strong campaign concepts across diverse audiences and media.
• Ability and willingness to think big and get in the trenches to do the production work
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere), Figma and familiarity with current technologies.
• Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills.
• Self-starter
