In today’s digital world, creating genuine connections through the screen is both challenging and crucial for businesses. Faith Zinn thrives on this challenge, combining empathy, creativity and strategy to build meaningful relationships between brands and their audiences.

As a Social Media Specialist at Estipona Group (EG), Faith helps clients build their brands and engagement on social media in a way that ensures their story is being told (and heard) authentically. A jack of all social media trades, she spends her workday managing her clients’ social media identities by tracking trends, developing multi-platform strategies, creating content and actively monitoring and engaging with followers.

Faith’s enthusiasm for brand-building and relationship-fostering is apparent to anyone she meets. As both a strategist and an avid consumer, she pays attention to the brands around her and is inspired by those that resonate with their audiences in unexpected ways. Putting these insights to work, she is dedicated to helping EG clients strike the balance between building relationships and selling a product or service — a balance that cultivates trust and loyalty in their communities.

Originally from Vacaville, CA, Faith moved to Reno to attend the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Business Analytics, as well as a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Consumer Behavior.

Faith’s interest in business was sparked during a summer job at her local SPCA, where she recognized a disconnect between the business side and client care. Having spent more than half her life as a competitive cheerleader, including the UNR Cheer squad, Faith was drawn to marketing. It was a field where she could leverage her skill and enthusiasm for rallying, fundraising and connecting with others. During her time at UNR, Faith honed her marketing skills in various roles, including an internship at the Grand Sierra Resort and as the Graduate Assistant Director of Marketing and Social Strategy for the UNR Honors College.

Outside the virtual office, Faith’s interests reflect her love of creating and connecting. In her free time, you can find her nerding out to all things Disney, baking, crafting personalized gifts with her Cricut or exploring new hobbies that fuel her creative side.
