Establishing brand preference in specialty healthcare

The Challenge

Urology Nevada is Northern Nevada’s preeminent urologic health brand. They have the most board-certified urologists, the most sub-specialty training and do the most procedures. Their urologic care is even supported by affiliated oncology and surgery departments, making them competitive with provider groups in much bigger cities. However, they know change is coming. With increasing competition from hospital systems and new providers, they wanted to strengthen their brand awareness and build preference for their practice.

What We Did

By many accounts, Urology Nevada is the better choice for urologic care in Northern Nevada, we just needed to educate the consumer. The Better Brand campaign shares the Urology Nevada brand story by highlighting its most important brand asset — its physicians. The campaign leans into their unmatched skill, the unparalleled patient experience they provide and their unrivaled use of technology. Campaign tactics included digital ads, paid search, organic and paid social media and streaming video.
